About this programme

Our light support programme offers quick, no-cost help for organisations and individuals with specific questions about AI, technology or data. We start with a conversation to understand your context then follow up with practical guidance, resources or connectionsthat strengthen your agency to take it from there.

Reach out

Get in touch with your specific question or challenge around AI, technology or data in your work. We want to hear what you are trying to do and what is getting in the way.

Tell us more

We share a brief intake survey to get a clearer picture of who you are, your context and the challenge you are facing. This helps us prepare and tailor the range of support you might need before we meet.

We meet

We have a 30-minute introductory call to go deeper into your context and challenges. We explore together what kind of support would be most useful and whether light support is the right fit.

We co-design a plan

If it is a good fit, we design a lightweight support plan together. This usually includes at least one follow-up call alongside specific guidance, resources and connections to help you move forward independently.
