Our comprehensive support programme is a sustained, no-cost partnership between 3 to 6 months for organisations facing broader challenges around technology, AI and data. We work alongside your team with research connections and tailored support, strengthening the agency to navigate these challenges long after we are gone.

We work with you to design and build a support plan that fits your context, capacity and goals. This plan is built around what would genuinely move your work forward, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Work together

Over 3 to 6 months, we work alongside your team with targeted research, hands-on guidance, expert connections and practical support. The shape of this varies based on your needs.

Reflect and close

We close the partnership with a reflective review of what you have built and learned, and map out next steps so the work continues well beyond our time together.
